RULES AND REGULATIONS

ARTIST ALLEY                                    
Artist Alley Tables are for Artists, Comic Authors, and Handmade Creators/Crafters ONLY.
Includes one table, two chairs, and two passes. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high.
No more than two people at ANY 6ft Artist Alley table. No exceptions.

VENDOR BOOTHS
Booths for collectibles, video games, computer services, gaming accessories, toys, wearables, resell, etc. Vendor Booth area is 10x10 and includes one table, two chairs, and two passes. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high. Vendors can bring additional tables and shelving. 
(We do not accept: LuLaRoe, Mary Kay, Multi-Level Marketing, etc.)

 

COMMERCIAL BOOTHS

Reserved for business that sell products and services outside of the gaming and pop culture classification. There are a limited number of commercial booths available. (e.g. mobile carriers, insurance and cable companies)

 

PODCAST

Includes one table and two chairs. Same price as Artist Alley

INDIE GAME DEVELOPERS

Reserved space for indie game developers that wish to showcase their video game. Bringing your own console for guests to play is encouraged. Booth area is 10x10 and includes one table, two chairs, and two passes. Displays cannot exceed 10 ft high. Vendors can bring additional tables and shelving. Same price as Vendor Booths. 

COMMUNITY OUTREACH TABLES
Tables are intended for groups and organizations who plan to sell NO items (retail or otherwise) at their table. Includes one table, one chair, and two passes. These free tables are intended for clubs, foundations and charities only.

Vendor Booth $550 - $800

Each 10 X 10 Booth Space Includes:

  • 8' Tall backdrop drape

  • 3' tall side dividers

  • 6' skirted table

  • 2 Chairs

  • 1 - 7" X 44" ID Sign

  • 1 Wastebasket

  • 2 Exhibitor Badges 

  • Parking Pass

  • Corner Booth Upgrade +$150

Commercial $3,000

Commercial booth prices start at $3,000. Booth size and payment will be discussed with our 

operations manager after we receive your application. 

Additional Items Available for Purchase:

  • Exhibitor Badge $25

  • Electrical & Wifi - Power is not included with your table or booth. You can purchase power through Smart City. Power can be purchased after booth placements have been assigned.

 

Payment Terms

  • Payment in FULL is required with contract signature.  Booth space will not be reserved until full payment and exhibitor contract with signature are received. 

Please fill out the application.  If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with a payment link to secure your booth space.  A map of the show floor is available for download during the payment/deposit process
